Job summary

Unifi Maintenance in Atlanta seeks technicians at all skill levels to diagnose and repair fleet vehicles and employee shuttles, emphasizing safety and reliability. The role offers opportunities to work on complex systems and mentor newer mechanics in a collaborative environment.

Sign-on bonus up to $5,000, pay range $26–$44 per hour, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, flight privileges after 30 days, and ongoing training and tool allowances.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and knowledge of servicing vehicles.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems (mechanical, diesel, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized).
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Use diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify faults.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure safety standards and DOT compliance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mechanic I and Mechanic II employees.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• Verify the quality of completed repairs and maintenance.
• Support emergency roadside and operational repairs as required.
• Recommend process improvements to increase fleet reliability and efficiency.
• Perform all other duties within technical capabilities and experience.
