Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced C-32A and C-40B/C Field Service Representative-Defense to provide on-site technical support at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. The role requires travel to diverse locations and readiness for deployment, including potential relocation and short notice assignments.

You will troubleshoot aircraft issues, guide maintenance teams, and coordinate asset logistics while serving as a liaison between the customer and Boeing.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license held or enrolled in A&P program.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Available to be on-site within 2 hours after being called into work.
• Willing to deploy/travel domestically and internationally.
• Willing to relocate as required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Troubleshoot aircraft issues and advise customer maintainers.
• Track resolution progress and ensure effective actions.
• Interpret support data and technical documents for customers.
• Provide guidance on maintenance and operations.
• Develop and deliver on-the-job training.
• Coordinate shipment and repair of assets with Logistics.
• Act as on-site liaison between customer and Boeing.
• Develop AOG action plans as requested.
• Travel to other US and international locations as needed.
