You will troubleshoot complex aircraft issues, advise customer maintainers, and serve as the on-site liaison to facilitate significant technical resolutions.

Qualifikationen

• Current FAA A&P certification required.
• Willingness to deploy/travel domestically or internationally.
• Ability to report on-site within 2 hours of call.
• Willingness to relocate as requested.

Aufgaben

• Work independently in a demanding, 24/7 operational environment.
• Troubleshoot aircraft issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide customer-facing guidance and interpret maintenance data.
• Coordinate asset shipment, receipt, and repair with Logistics.
• Develop on-the-job training on maintenance topics.
• Serve as on-site liaison between customer and Boeing.
• Travel to US and international locations to support maintenance.
• Develop AOG action plans when requested.
• Research data to resolve chronic issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up on recommendations.
