Galaxy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Fixed Base Operation at Big Spring, TX. The role oversees all operational aspects, from customer relations to safety, profitability, and performance of line service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or related field is preferred.
• Four years of general business experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 5 years of general business experience with at least 3 years in aviation.
• Supervisory experience leading a team of at least six people.
• Experience with safety management programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all operational aspects of the FBO and profitability.
• Provide leadership to line service and customer service teams.
• Ensure safety compliance including OSHA audits.
• Develop and implement training for staff.
• Coordinate with senior management and HR on standards.
