Atlantic Aviation seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a Fixed Base Operation (FBO) facility. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, safety, and efficient operations, while overseeing budget, finance, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires prior FBO/aviation management experience, a flexible schedule, and a track record of leadership and ethical performance. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation/FBO management is required.
• Strong financial, administrative and management capabilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Pass a year background check and meet insurability requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring safe delivery of products and services.
• Lead and develop employees across multiple functions.
• Manage a cross-functional team including operations, service, sales, and local accounting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the FBO.
• Maintain relationships with the managing entity of the home airport.
• Drive new business development and monitor margins.
• Perform other duties as required.
