Galaxy FBO in Big Spring, TX seeks an Operations Manager to oversee all operational facets of the fixed-base operation, ensuring profitability and world-class service. You will lead line and customer service teams, drive safety programs, and partner with senior management on standards and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; four years of experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of general business experience with at least 3 years in aviation.
• Supervisory experience leading a team of six or more.
• Experience with safety management programs and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operational aspects of the FBO, including line service, customer relations, and safety.
• Coordinate training, performance, and scheduling for staff; approve payroll-related timesheets.
• Ensure compliance with safety directives, audits, ERP/IAP procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business opportunities, manage contracts, and improve profitability through process excellence.
