Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing FAA Part 145 facilities and maintenance environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across buildings, grounds, and infrastructure to support MRO activities.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs and capital projects.
