Job summary

PSA Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator who will manage safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations across PSA facilities. The role oversees intake-to-close for building services, coordinates vendors, warranties, and preventive maintenance, and maintains budget controls.

Occasional after-hours response is required for facility emergencies. The position supports HQ, BRCC, and non-HQ locations, ensuring compliance with safety and security requirements while delivering timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating facilities, building services, property operations, maintenance vendors, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety).
• Experience managing service requests, contracts, warranties, invoices, and documentation.
• Ability to maintain organized, auditable records, budgets, schedules and assets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer-service orientation, cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, prioritize, route, and track service requests.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for PSA-controlled systems.
• Liaise with property management, vendors, and site teams.
• Coordinate alarm tests, fire drills, and safety activities.
• Manage access control, badges, and security-related tasks.
• Track furniture defects and furniture-related repairs.
• Develop and maintain facility budgets and forecasts.
• Provide support for HQ and regional facilities.
• Communicate outages, status updates, and escalation needs.
