SpaceX is seeking an experienced STARLINK ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR to manage strategic aviation accounts. You will be responsible for customer onboarding, account management, and ensuring contract fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in account management or sales and a passion for customer success. This is a full-time position based in Redmond, WA, with a pay range of $180,000 – $260,000 and comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and stock options.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience in account management or sales.
• Significant technical knowledge of satellite communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for strategic Enterprise Aviation customers.
• Manage day-to-day requests with Account Specialists.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and grow account value.
