Alaska Airlines is offering a summer 2027 internship in SeaTac, WA. This full‑time, 12‑week program provides hands‑on experience across multiple departments. Relocation may be required for non‑local candidates.

The internship emphasizes skill development and networking with employees and leaders, including unlimited standby travel benefits. Interns join projects that support our business, guests, and culture, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and safety.

Formación

• Undergrad student pursuing aviation engineering with remaining terms to complete.
• Enrolled in undergrad program with at least one semester left after internship.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Junior or higher academic standing at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Learn aircraft towing plans and station equipment capabilities; prototype and implement major projects.
• Collaborate with Station Directors, Maintenance Control, and Line Planning on development.
• Assist with investigations and productivity improvements with Flight Operations.
• Support onboarding and technician training to improve efficiency.
• Identify and suggest procedural improvements for safety and productivity.
• Review key metrics and basic trends using analytics tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
