Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an EHS Manager for the Midwest, based in St. Marys, Ohio, with responsibility for four additional sites. The role reports to the Division EHS Manager and may influence site leaders.

Travel up to 50% is required as you partner with operations to ensure regulatory compliance and risk reduction across sites. You will lead EHS program deployment, manage data reporting, and drive sustainability initiatives while supporting a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or a related field; EHS certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years EHS experience; 8–10 years preferred for this role.
• Experience in an industrial, multi-site environment with safety program design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement EHS programs across multiple sites to meet objectives.
• Manage EHS data reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee EHS training tracking and corrective action systems.
