Job summary

Precision Aviation Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the Prime Turbines facility in Carrollton, TX. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support to internal and external clients while collaborating with the Customer Service Manager and Production teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of related experience in customer service, with a preference for aviation industry exposure and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in aviation.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in a business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regularly for updates on in-progress jobs via phone or email.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly.
• Manage quote approvals, re-quoting as necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and carriers to expedite or trace shipments.
• Ensure quotes are processed efficiently within defined timeframes.
