Job summary

Freeman Jet Center is seeking an Aviation Customer Service Representative to deliver elite service to crew and passengers, greeting guests and coordinating ground services. You will process payments, handle invoicing, and perform data entry while collaborating with ground personnel to ensure complete services and invoicing.

The CSR will engage in face-to-face interactions, manage inquiries, and maintain a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to handle payment processing, invoicing, and related computer entries accurately.
• Experience with face-to-face customer service in a retail-like setting.
• Friendly and attentive personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with conflict resolution in a customer service environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Computer skills including POS systems and Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask, answer phones, and perform computer work.
• Availability to work holidays and weekends.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Zero-tolerance drug-free employer; pre-employment and random screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle and route telephone calls with a customer-focused approach.
• Interact face-to-face with customers during over-the-counter sales.
• Perform data entry, email communication, inventory tracking, and financial transactions via POS.

• Connect clients to appropriate personnel.
