Richmond Jet Center is seeking an Aviation Customer Service Representative (FBO) to staff the weekend front desk at Richmond International Airport. The role involves handling customer interactions in person and over the phone, coordinating concierge services, and supporting operations 4 days a week with a 40-hour schedule.

The position starts at $16.00 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, dental, life insurance, 401K with matching, paid vacation, and sick days.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct calls on a multi-line phone system courteously and professionally; forward to the appropriate employee or voicemail.
• Greet all visitors with a smile, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately.
• Provide concierge services including hotel reservations, rental cars, and catering verifications; fuelings and aircraft servicing requests.
• Coordinate with line service on all aircraft services and fuel transactions; process payments.
• Deliver positive, professional service with a HAPPY TO HELP ATTITUDE, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support TEAM spirit and company goals; cover PTO when needed; maintain a professional appearance.
