Job summary

Sheltair Aviation Ocala is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to greet and assist pilots and passengers, manage fuel orders, arrivals and departures, and coordinate hotel and car arrangements.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy in data entry for invoicing and fuel records, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Two to four years’ relevant experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Typing speed of 40–60 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Assist pilots and passengers with fuel orders, arrivals/departures, and travel arrangements.
• Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing and fuel records.
• Provide daily customer service with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle communications via telephone, radio, email and fax.
