Job summary

Contour Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator at its Smyrna, TN headquarters to manage system-wide flight disruptions and ensure clear, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

You will serve as a key liaison among the SOC, Reservations, airport stations, and leadership to support passenger recovery, monitor delays and irregular operations, and assist the Reservations and Customer Care teams during peak events; strong communication and problem-solving skills are

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to work at Contour Corporate Headquarters in Smyrna, TN.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Experience with HRIS/LMS preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage system-wide flight disruptions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between the SOC, Reservations, airport stations, and leadership.
• Anticipate passenger needs during delays and coordinate re-accommodations.
• Monitor connections, delays, and impacts to minimize disruption.
• Support Reservations and Customer Care during peak call volumes and large-scale recovery events.
• Create training materials and maintain process documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and report on customer service performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
