Job summary

Vantage Aviation in Rifle, Colorado, is seeking a CSR Supervisor to oversee daily customer service operations at our FBO. You will supervise Customer Service Representatives and Leads, balance frontline duties with team leadership, and ensure service standards are met in a fast-paced aviation setting.

The role requires aviation customer service experience, strong communication, coaching, and the ability to schedule shifts, resolve issues, and maintain safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an aviation or FBO environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Customer Service Representatives and CSR Leads during daily operations.
• Ensure front desk operations are conducted efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with Vantage Aviation standards.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers, tenants, and guests.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage coordination, and daily staffing needs.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to CSR team members.
• Support onboarding and development of new employees.
• Monitor employee performance and provide operational feedback to management.
• Assist management with implementing policies, procedures, and service initiatives.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and operational issues in a professional and timely manner.
