Responsibilities

• Book airline tickets, hotels, and car rentals for crew.
• Serve as primary crew contact and resolve inquiries.
• Provide on-call support during rotations to ensure continuity.
• Track duty status, call-outs, and on/off times.
• Maintain records of reservations and credits for future use.
• Coordinate aircraft accommodations and hangar space as needed.
• Adhere to Part 91/135 regulations and company policies.
• Support cross-department operational needs and special projects.
