TransMedics, Inc. is seeking a Crew Support professional to join the 24/7 Transplant Logistics Command Center in Andover, MA.

This role focuses on aviation logistics for flight crews, including travel bookings and itinerary planning, with fatigue mitigation and operational efficiency at the core. You will coordinate hotel stays, ground transport, and flight itineraries while maintaining records and supporting schedulers.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, crew management, or customer service.
• Strong integrity and a high level of ethics.
• Working knowledge of FAA Part 91/135 operations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Book and confirm airline tickets, hotel reservations, and rental cars for crew members.
• Serve as primary point of contact for crew inquiries and provide timely resolution.
• Provide on-call assistance during rotations to ensure operational continuity.
• Manage crew scheduling tasks, including duty status tracking and call-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, crew details, and credits for future use.
• Assist schedulers with aircraft accommodations coordination.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and Part 91/135 regulations.
• Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Support general operational needs across departments.
