• Gather, interpret and respond to inquiries from crewmembers and customers regarding duty, flight and rest requirements.
• Source supplemental crew support and vet crewmember qualifications for scheduled flight segments.
• Ensure crew member contact information and preferences are entered in the system of record.
• Review and complete crew duty assignments for all trips in the Flight Management System timeline.
