Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT or related area required.
• Generally, 2-4 years of business analyst, cost accounting or financial analysis experience required.
• Experience in performing general administrative support activities.
• Cost and financial accounting principles, practices and procedures.
• Demonstrates teamwork abilities, possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with on-the-job training.
• Excellent time management, planning skills and attention to details.

• Analyze business operations, financial data, and costs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create reports, dashboards, and recommendations that support business and management decisions.
• Review and improve business processes, helping teams simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and standardize where appropriate.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of technology, automation, digital tools, and AI solutions that improve how the department works.
• Support contracts, billing, invoices, payments, and other business documentation, ensuring information is accurate and properly maintained.
• Work with leadership and cross-functional teams on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop business cases, metrics, and analysis to support investment decisions and departmental priorities
