Job summary

Renaissance Financial seeks a Business Analyst, Artificial Intelligence to partner with teams across the organization to identify practical AI-enabled workflow improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, data science or related field.
• Hands-on experience building with generative AI beyond consumer use is required.
• Knowledge of AI fundamentals: grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calls, hallucination mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with teams and stakeholders to analyze current workflows and identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Translate business needs into AI deployment strategies and measure adoption and productivity metrics.
• Assist with building the internal AI Hub as a central access point for tools, policies, and training.
• Act as product owner for AI tools, including configuration, licensing, roadmap, and vendor support.
• Design and maintain reusable AI solutions with guardrails to ensure responsible use and governance.
• Collaborate across departments to map processes, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
