Responsibilities

Own the Change Management Process in Procore for a large aviation capital program.
Manage end-to-end change workflow from events to executed contract and commitments.
Verify change packages with scope, cost, schedule, funding, and documents.
Monitor workflows, clear bottlenecks, and escalate delays beyond targets.
Maintain the program change log as the single source of truth.
Coordinate with design, construction, project controls, contracts, and finance.
Improve workflow configurations, templates, and procedures with PMIS and digital teams.
Administer governance for contract approvals and budget adjustments.
Ensure proper approval routing, signatures, and filing in Procore.
Track decisions through execution and close-out, including owner actions.
Provide auditable records for audit and compliance requirements.
Prepare change packages for governance reviews and manage action items.
