Qualifications

• Plan, evaluate, monitor, and maintain complex operating budgets and capital budgets.
• Coordinate planning with tenants, partners, and Raleigh-Durham International Airport departments.
• Analyze drawings and ensure conformance to standards and project requirements.
• Create schedules, meet deadlines, and ensure successful project outcomes.
