Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; A&P license welcome but not required.
• Journeyman: 0-5 years of composite technician experience; Master: 5+ years.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair parts using wet layup and prepregs in clean rooms.
• Operate curing ovens, autoclave, vacuum, and related shop equipment.
• Use close tolerance tools and hand tools to align components per fixtures.
• Maintain safety, PPE, and proper bagging for various composite shapes.
• Communicate clearly in English and document maintenance data.
