STV, Inc. is seeking a Communications Manager - Aviation to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communications program for terminal development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7+ years of relevant communications experience, preferably with complex programs or highly visible projects.
• AEC/Infrastructure/Aviation industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to develop and execute communications strategies for multiple audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and editing skills for diverse audiences and channels.
• Strong visual communication and graphic design capabilities; transform data into compelling content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/Premiere Pro).
• Experience with media relations, press releases, and traditional/digital media communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with executives, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy.
• Establish and manage internal and external communication channels addressing construction impacts and milestones.
• Serve as the program's communications lead, project manager and SME for communications initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as liaison among leadership, project teams, and airport departments.
• Translate technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Develop strategic messaging, narratives and positioning for presentations and campaigns.
• Write/edit content for digital and print communications, including websites, social media and newsletters.
• Maintain the program's visual identity across materials and digital platforms.
• Create high-impact visual communications and presentations to convey progress and key messages.
• Collaborate with airport communications and public affairs to identify media opportunities and support media relations.
• Plan and coordinate high-profile events (groundbreakings, milestones, ribbon cuttings).
• Proactively identify communications needs and propose solutions to leadership.
