Job summary

STV is seeking a Communications Manager – Aviation to lead a comprehensive program communications strategy for terminal development projects. This fully onsite role requires collaboration with program leadership, project teams, airport communications and other stakeholders across the aviation sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing, PR or related field.
• 5–7+ years of relevant communications experience, preferably on complex programs or high-visibility projects.
• Experience in AEC, infrastructure or aviation industries is highly preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to develop and execute communications strategies for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that supports program goals.
• Establish internal and external channels addressing construction impacts, milestones and operational changes.
• Serve as the program's communications lead and project manager for communications initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as liaison among leadership, teams, airports, airlines and tenants.
• Translate technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Create messaging, narratives and presentations for executive communications and campaigns.
• Write and edit content for digital and print communications (website, social media, newsletters, updates).
• Maintain the program's visual identity and brand across materials and digital platforms.
• Create high-impact visuals and presentations to communicate complex information and progress.
• Collaborate with airport communications and public affairs for media opportunities and press materials.
• Plan and coordinate high-profile program events (groundbreakings, milestones, ribbon cuttings).
• Proactively identify communications needs and advise leadership.
