Job summary

STV Construction Incorporated in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager - Aviation to lead airport terminal improvements on site at client locations in Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will have extensive aviation project management experience within active airport environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in preconstruction or project management within large-scale airport projects.
• Experience managing capital projects/programs over $10M is required.
• Knowledge of airport operations, design, and construction of airport facilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, technical oversight and leadership for all phases of aviation projects related to a capital improvement program.
• Guide discipline managers and contractors to address program challenges and budget performance.
• Develop project-level processes, controls, and governance to align with project goals.
• Oversee all aspects of planning and development including engineering, bidding, schedules, budgets, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with airport operators, regulatory agencies, and other delivery partners; manage program schedules and progress meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
