Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Communications Manager – Aviation to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communications program for ORD terminal development projects. The role partners with program leadership, airport teams and stakeholders to translate design and construction information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in communications within AEC or aviation, strong writing and visual storytelling skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related discipline; 5–7+ years in communications preferred.
• Experience in AEC, infrastructure or aviation industries is highly desired.
• Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for aviation programs.
• Establish and manage internal and external channels addressing construction impacts and milestones.
• Serve as program communications lead and subject matter expert for communications initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and coordinate messaging across leadership, project teams and airport partners.
• Create clear, audience-appropriate content for presentations, updates and media materials.
• Plan and coordinate high-profile program events and media opportunities.
