STV is seeking a Communications Manager – Aviation to join its Aviation group and lead a comprehensive communications program for terminal development projects. This is a fully onsite role, five days a week, working with leadership, project teams and airport stakeholders to inform and engage audiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7+ years of relevant communications experience, preferably supporting complex programs or highly visible projects.
• Experience within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC), infrastructure or aviation industries is highly preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational and time‑management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communications strategies for multiple audiences and stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills for varied audiences and channels.
• Strong visual communication and graphic design capabilities, including transforming information into compelling visuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in presentation strategy, design and development for executive and public audiences.
• Knowledge of media relations, press releases and traditional/digital media communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with executives, professionals and diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, able to work independently within a large program team.

Mansioni

• Partner with program leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that supports program goals and milestones.
• Establish and manage internal and external channels addressing construction impacts, milestones and operational changes.
• Serve as the program's communications lead, project manager and subject matter expert for communications initiatives.
• Build relationships with program stakeholders and act as liaison among leadership, teams, airport departments, airlines and tenants.
• Translate technical information into clear, audience‑appropriate messaging.
• Develop narratives and positioning for presentations, executive communications and stakeholder materials.
• Write/edit content for digital and print communications, including website, social media and newsletters.
• Maintain the program's visual identity and brand across materials and digital interfaces.
• Create high‑impact visuals and presentations to communicate progress and key messages.
• Collaborate with airport teams to identify media opportunities and support media relations as needed.
• Plan and coordinate high‑profile events (groundbreakings, milestones, ribbon cuttings, openings).
• Identify communications needs proactively and propose solutions to leadership.
