With 7 years of relevant experience, you will join a team focused on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and on‑time delivery across the aerospace supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7 years of experience.
• Proficiency in the use of a wide variety of precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and Manual OD and ID grind equipment with minimal supervision.
• Grinding of splined shafts and aircraft gears holding tolerances within .0001”
• Use precision measurement equipment to ensure first piece and production quality.
• Maintain proper documentation of SPC data.
