Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of client services representatives.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and performance targets.
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounting on client logistics.
• Lead service-disruption response and follow-up actions.
• Provide on-the-job training and coach team members to meet expectations.
• Assist with recruitment and staffing and manage payroll-related scheduling.
