Qualifications

• Part 135 private charter experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
• Independent problem solver and team player.

Responsibilities

• Collect trip and passenger details and preferences.
• Coordinate and confirm trip logistics (catering, ground transport).
• Ensure billing is complete and payments per terms.
• Monitor issues (weather, delays) and inform client.
• Provide updates between Dispatch and clients.
