You will supervise staff, coordinate training, and ensure compliant, reliable aircraft scheduling for clients. A management background with exceptional leadership, budgeting experience, and strong communication skills is required; NBAA CAM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with a track record of directing teams.

• Budget development and management experience.
• College degree or advanced (non-flight) training required.
• NBAA CAM certification or equivalent leadership training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Schedule and review training, flights, and PTO for assigned personnel.
• Develop scheduling procedures to promote reliable aircraft operations.
• Promote customer goodwill and maintain professional demeanor.
