You will manage driver scheduling, ensure SOP adherence, and drive operational excellence while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment.
• Experience in airline catering, transportation, dispatch, or logistics operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PM airline catering drivers, including dispatch operations and daily route coordination.
• Verify drivers follow SOPs, safety standards, and procedures.
• Monitor and drive on-time performance to meet service level expectations.
• Maintain driver scheduling, staffing coverage, and shift compliance.
• Lead daily team huddles to communicate goals and expectations.
• Address operational issues and customer callbacks proactively.
• Utilize GroundStar, FTT, SFS and related systems for operations.
