Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Air Cargo Accounts Manager to oversee a business unit, ensuring assets, staff, aircraft, equipment, and facilities meet the highest standards. You will cultivate strong relationships with airport authorities, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and security regulations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in aviation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in aviation or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of TSA regulations and airport security protocols.
• Experience managing budgets, scheduling, and labor cost allocation.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train staff; independent judgment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities and participate in the airport community.
• Ensure operations comply with contracts and service level agreements.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and develop leadership succession plans.
• Oversee ground support equipment maintenance and long‑term needs analysis.
• Manage staffing, attendance, and labor budgets; ensure regulatory compliance.
