Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics in Youngstown, OH seeks a Campus Director to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the campus. You will drive student success, lead the campus team, and maintain an effective educational environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, forging industry partnerships, and promoting continuous improvement in aviation technician education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Management/Administration, Aviation, or equivalent combination
• 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in an educational setting
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational ability
• Knowledge of educational regulations, accreditation, and compliance requirements
• Experience in higher education, technical training, or career school environment
• Budget management experience
• Proficiency in computer file management, databases, and email systems
• Experience with CNS or other CRM software preferred
• Aviation industry knowledge and experience preferred
• Familiarization with educational governing agencies and their applicable regulations
• Adept at networking and public speaking

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus operations and supervise campus faculty and staff
• Support student retention, advising, academic hearings, graduations, orientations, and open houses
• Ensure compliance with ACCSC, DOE, FAA, and applicable regulations
• Manage budgets, equipment purchases, payroll approvals, and faculty scheduling
• Serve as onsite Title IX Coordinator and support accommodations processes
• Foster partnerships with industry and community organizations
• Promote educational effectiveness and continuous improvement
