Job summary

Jet Linx Aviation in Houston seeks a Base Manager to lead on-site client relations, aircraft owner services, and base operations. You will supervise the Client Relations team and coordinate with maintenance, flight crew, and operations to deliver a consistent, premium 5-Star experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure facilities, billing, and service standards meet Jet Linx expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional customer service experience.
• Prior people management experience preferred.
• Aviation industry experience or demonstrated interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client and owner experience at the base.
• Lead a high-touch Jet Linx service aligned with 5-Star standards.
• Manage base team schedules, PTO, and coaching.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Crew.
• Document and resolve service issues and ensure compliance.
• Maintain client profiles and support post-flight invoicing.
