Job summary

Jet Linx Houston is seeking a Base Manager to lead the on-site client relations and base operations, guiding the Client Relations team and coordinating with maintenance, flight crew, and operations to deliver a premium ownership and travel experience. You will manage the base, ensure facilities meet Jet Linx standards, mentor staff, and drive a culture of high service.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, accurate billing, and seamless trip logistics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hospitality-related experience required.
• Minimum of three years of professional customer service experience.
• Prior people management experience preferred.
• Aviation industry experience or demonstrated interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client and owner experience at the base, including quoting, trip logistics, communication, and in-person interactions at departure and arrival.
• Deliver a personalized, high-touch service experience aligned with Jet Linx 5-Star service standards, anticipating client preferences and needs.
• Lead the Client Relations team and scheduling at the base, ensuring adherence to Jet Linx service standards.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Crew to uphold service standards and proactively identify issues.
• Coordinate trip-related billing and post-flight invoicing.
• Ensure base facilities are clean, organized, functional, and maintained to Jet Linx standards.
