Job summary

RS&H is seeking an Aviation Architect / Project Manager to join our Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio office. You will lead the design and delivery of aviation and transportation projects, collaborating with planners, engineers, and environmental specialists to create innovative airport environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architectural design experience.
• Registered Architect in good standing.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong architectural design and construction document development capabilities.
• Demonstrated Revit BIM production and coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to support client engagements, site visits, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of aviation and transportation-related projects.
• Collaborate with airport clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative architectural solutions.
• Help manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and team coordination efforts.
• Prepare and review drawings, technical documentation, and construction specifications.
• Support project pursuits, presentations, and client engagement activities.
• Mentor junior architects and technical staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Conduct quality reviews, field observations, and construction coordination activities.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers, and environmental specialists to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Help ensure projects meet client expectations, quality standards, schedules, and budget goals.
