RS&H is seeking an Aviation Division Leader to guide growth across our South‑Central Division in Texas and neighboring states. You will build teams, foster client relationships, and deliver transformative aviation solutions for airports and related infrastructure.

This leadership role offers high visibility, a path toward ownership, and flexibility to base your leadership from Dallas, Austin, Houston, or San Antonio, with a culture that values innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within aviation infrastructure development.
• Established client relationships and marketing / business development experience.
• Strong supervisory skills and a track record of leading multiple / multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent organization, motivation, and written & verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the Division’s sales strategy and performance, including market expansion, geographical and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute business plans that position RS&H as a top-tier aviation consultant.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, ensuring excellence in project delivery.

Required Qualifications
