AIM, Phoenix campus, is seeking a Student Enrollment Specialist to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. This full-time role requires energy, empathy, and a proven background in sales or customer service with KPI metrics.

You’ll help students discover programs and plan their path to success. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings, assess goals, present suitable options, and coordinate the enrollment process while representing AIM at campus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full student journey from first contact to enrollment.
• Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings.
• Assess goals and eligibility, then recommend the best program.
• Drive admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, applications, documentation, enrollment.
• Hit enrollment KPIs and maintain high follow-up standards.
