Job summary

SITA invites an Account Associate to join our team in Atlanta. You will support account planning, manage relationships with airports and aviation partners, and help drive proposals, renewals, and customer outcomes.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and identify growth within existing accounts, while delivering clear communications and competitive solutions.

Qualifications

• Account management experience.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
• Pipeline management and opportunity qualification.
• Customer needs analysis and prospecting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Forecasting and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support account planning and execution across assigned customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, follow-up actions, and account plans.
• Identify and qualify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
• Assist with proposal development, pricing coordination, and commercial documentation.
• Support executive business reviews, customer success discussions, and pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate internal resources to address customer inquiries and issues.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify expansion opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer commitments and action items.
