Job summary

SITA is seeking an Account Associate to help manage and grow relationships with regional airports, authorities, airlines, and aviation stakeholders across the assigned territory. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to spot opportunities, support proposals, renewals, and ensure successful outcomes.

In this role you will coordinate meetings, maintain CRM records, and help drive customer success through forecasting, pipeline reviews, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Account management experience.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce preferred.
• Pipeline management and opportunity qualification.
• Customer needs analysis and prospecting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support account planning and execution across assigned customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, follow‑up actions, and account plans.
• Identify and qualify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
• Assist with proposal development, pricing coordination, and commercial documentation.
• Support executive business reviews, customer success discussions, and pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate internal resources to address customer inquiries and issues.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify expansion opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on customer commitments and action items.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

The Account Associate supports the Account Director in managing and growing relationships with regional airports, airport authorities, airlines, and aviation stakeholders across the assigned territory. The role partners closely with customers and internal teams to identify business opportunities, coordinate sales activities, support proposals and renewals, and help ensure successful customer outcomes.
