Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Excel for maintaining customer account statements.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining customer Excel account statements.
• Coding and entering invoices into QuickBooks for Accounts Payables.
• Processing Accounts Payables weekly and matching to invoices.
• Filing, answering phones, copying documents, reconciling credit card statements, invoicing customers, preparing Charter Trip Profit and Loss Statements, updating and graphing Charter Performance, mail distribution, processing credit cards.
