Title: Accounting Specialist

Purpose: This position is responsible for assistance in the daily accounting duties pertaining to aircraft management, charter and aircraft sales. This position is a Full-Time Hourly Exempt Position.

Work Hours: Estimated to be 40 hours a week. These hours will be arranged; however, they are subject to change due to work load.

• Maintaining customer Excel account statements
• Coding and Entering invoices into Quickbooks for Accounts Payables
• Processing Accounts Payables weekly and matching to invoices

• Filing
• Answering Phones
• Coping documents as needed
• Reconciling credit card statements
• Invoicing Customers
• Preparing Charter Trip Profit and Loss Statements
• Updating and graphing Charter Performance
• Mail Distribution
• Process Credit Cards
