Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking an Accountant to support accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and financial analysis. This role contributes to accurate financial reporting and timely month-end close, while providing responsive support to internal teams and aircraft owners.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly balance sheets and income statements for aircraft owners, posting journal entries, reconciling between flight software and the general ledger, and processing invoicing and payables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Solid foundation in GAAP principles and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements for aircraft owners.
• Post journal entries, accruals, deferrals and reclasses.
• Reconcile flight software with the general ledger.
• Process invoicing, verify billing data, and post sales transactions.
• Respond to questions and provide supporting documentation.
