Our Kenosha, WI corporate office is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team. You will supervise 3–5 accountants and lead data entry, invoicing, reconciliation and owner reporting in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The ideal candidate has a solid accounting background, with proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Competitive compensation and benefits await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but accounting work history is an excellent substitute.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise your department through all data entry, research and accounting tasks.
• Create, review and distribute invoices and financial reports.
• Reconcile aircraft activity folders, flight logs and expense reports for accurate invoicing.
