Job summary

Guardian Jet is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and supervise journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close. The role partners with our CPA and Treasurer to drive financial insights for strategic decisions.

Based on Guilford, CT, this full-time on-site position requires expertise in general ledger management, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and tax coordination in a consulting/aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience in accounting leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and general ledger.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights.
