Job summary

ZimZee Recruiting is looking for an Account Manager for our aviation client in Wichita, KS. The AM will drive business development and supporting continued growth across aviation OEM, commercial, and defense markets in Wichita, KS.

You will develop customer relationships, identify new product and market opportunities, lead proposals and contract negotiations, and serve as a key point of contact for customers and program partners.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of direct aviation sales experience.
Ability to develop customer relationships and deliver a high level of service.
Experience supporting complex opportunities and negotiations.
Proficient in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and advance opportunities through the sales process.
Identify market needs, trends and competitive positioning, and relay feedback.
Create and deliver sales presentations and develop proposals and RFP responses.
Lead negotiations and administration of long-term contracts and agreements.
Serve as primary contact for program partners and coordinate customer needs.
Develop technical knowledge of lithium-ion battery tech, power conversion and avionics to address power requirements.
